Anyone who's attended a conference or tradeshow knows how tiring it can be. After taking in all the speakers, meetings, booths & exhibits, our minds start to swim. It’s easy to feel heavy, lethargic or satiated from all the input.

A Touch of Energy uses a combination of light touch, energy & gentle massage to help people feel relaxed, centred and clear again. It’s also useful for those ‘overload’ headaches that people frequently get at conferences.


Mini-sessions can be done in 5, 10 or 15 minutes, so many people are able to receive one – and attendees don't have to take a long time away from the meeting or show. Recipients are fully clothed and sit on a comfortable chair, so sessions can be given in full view of others (good for awareness/promotion). No special equipment or rooms are required.
